As a RedSeal Journeyman Sprinkler Systems Installer and Cross Connection Control Specialist; Jed is a President's Honour Roll recipient with 9 years of experience as a Fire Protection inspector, construction foreman, service foreman and consultant to the formation & translation of RedSeal Sprinkler Systems Installer exams. 

Adversity enhances his strengths, which is reflected in the manner Boreal Fire Protection was created. 12 hours after learning about the sale of his previous employer, the resignation was in and Boreal began.

Since then, Jed has had the honour of being selected as BOMA Canada's 2022 Emerging Leader of the Year, BOMA Edmonton's 2022 Emerging Leader of the Year and was previously featured in SprinklerAge Magazine (https://sprinklerage.com/expanding-education-canada/) for the consulting role to the Provincial Apprenticeship Committee regarding the formation & translation of RedSeal Sprinkler System Installer exams.
